Mastering an instrument is both a discipline and mode of self-expression. Lessons relax you, improve focus, and allow you to accomplish great things in sequential steps. The best way to learn an instrument is with a supportive and encouraging teacher, where students advance at their own pace in one-on-one instruction.
Apple Tree Arts teachers offer lessons in the following instruments: piano, flute, clarinet, saxophone, guitar, violin, viola, cello, ukulele, trumpet, trombone, tuba, euphonium, voice.
Lessons are available for all ages. Please call the office if you have any questions about your child’s readiness for lessons.
Teachers and days/times vary; please call or email the office to schedule. Private lesson payment is prorated for the student who begins after the semester has started.
Lessons are available in 30, 45, and 60 minute weekly sessions.
Instruments include: piano, flute, clarinet, saxophone, guitar, violin, viola, cello, ukulele, trumpet, trombone, tuba, euphonium, voice. You may schedule 30 min, 45 min, or 60 min lessons.
All private lessons are given within a semester time frame. We are unable to provide lessons on a week-to-week, or month-to-month basis. A monthly payment plan is offered. Contact the office for details.

The Piano Immersion Program is designed for students of all ages and levels seeking a comprehensive musical education centered around the piano. The PIP curriculum integrates private lessons with monthly group performance and musicianship classes and regular opportunities for both solo and collaborative performance. Students who show interest and commitment can also participate in optional competitions and exams such as the Royal Conservatory of Music examinations. Students entering the Piano Immersion Program should have an acoustic piano or digital piano with stationary pedal(s) and 88 weighted keys to practice on at home. Prices listed below include the 36-week private lessons, plus the monthly group class as described above.

September through June for once-a-month group classes. Group class lengths will vary depending on the topics being covered and the number of students.

Summer Music Programs
Private lessons available for children and adults in: piano, voice, guitar (minimum age 9), violin, flute, clarinet, brass, cello, and saxophone.
Please call the office to schedule. A minimum of 4 lessons is requested during the summer. You must pre-pay for these lessons prior to starting. Additional lessons can always be scheduled.
New and current private lesson students: please call the office to schedule and register.
In exchange for this flexible scheduling in the summer, there are no make-ups, credits, or refunds for summer private lessons.
