Join the Community Chorus or other Ensembles

We invite you to join us as we sing spectacular music and create inspiring concerts for our greater Grafton community. The Apple Tree Community Chorus is open, without audition, to all adult and high school-age singers.  This community minded organization is open to any person, from any local town, who desires to sing and learn about music and performing.

Come jam with your friends on a Saturday morning! Percussion, sax, brass, keyboard and more!

Jam Band Level 1 – Grades 5-8: Mondays, 5:15 – 6:15pm

Jam Band Level 2: Grades 9-12: Mondays, 4:00 – 5:00pm

Treble Choir

TREBLE CHOIR for kids in grades 2-6! There are so many benefits to singing in groups: strengthening feelings of togetherness; developing age-appropriate, healthy vocal skills; reducing levels of stress and depression; and improving feelings of social wellbeing, among others.

We invite children in grades 2-6 to join the ATA Treble Choir and experience the joy and wonder of choral singing under the direction of faculty member Kayla Cardin.

Dates/Time: Wednesdays 6:00 – 7:15 starting September 18 – January 22 (16 weeks)

Ukulele Club

For all ages: Join us for monthly ukulele playing – all levels of playing are welcomed!

This is a drop-in class with no long term commitment. FREE and open to the public.

Dates: The 2nd Thursday of each month, continuing this fall on Sept 12.

Time: 6:30-8:00pm at Apple Tree Arts, 3rd floor

Youth Chamber Music Ensembles

Youth Chamber Music Ensembles

Instrumental and vocal students at a late-elementary level and older are eligible to participate in our Youth Chamber Music Ensemble program. Chamber music groups are coached by our talented faculty and rehearse repertoire from baroque through contemporary periods, improving students’ playing, developing listening and communication skills, and growing lasting friendships. Placement auditions will take place in the fall in order to match students of similar levels.

Sessions will be held weekly for 45 minutes for 8 weeks. Days/times to be determined upon mutual agreement after placement auditions.

Tuition:  $160/ 8 week session for current ATA private lesson students and $260/ 8 week session for non-ATA students
