This program expands the child’s ability to hear, express and write age appropriate
musical concepts. We continue to sing, dance and play musically, expanding the curriculum into story telling, poetry, isolated listening to recorded pieces and instrument identification.

Children spend the first half hour of this class on their own and parents/caregivers join us for the last fifteen minutes.

At least one semester of Steppin’ Up I must be completed before starting Steppin’ Up II. The Steppin Up program is intentionally sequenced to move from 1 - 3. All musical learning is greatly enhanced by starting with 1 and committing to the sequence.
