Mastering an instrument is both a discipline and mode of self-expression. Lessons relax you, improve focus, and allow you to accomplish great things in sequential steps. The best way to learn an instrument is with a supportive and encouraging teacher, where students advance at their own pace in one-on-one instruction.
Apple Tree Arts teachers offer lessons for children and adults in the following instruments: Piano, violin, cello, guitar, ukulele, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, and tuba. Private voice lessons are best started no younger than age 12, but we do offer a voice class for these younger voice students. Private violin lessons for ages 4 and older may also be available.
Teachers and days/times vary; please log in to our registration system here to search for availability. Private lesson payment is prorated for the student who begins after the semester has started.
Some teachers may recommend adult and/or advanced students to complete a longer lesson. Lessons are available in 30, 45, and 60 minute weekly sessions.
See below for the pdf attachment of the calendar.

Musicians benefit tremendously from playing with others in small group ensembles, as they must attend both to their own part and parts played by others.
Apple Tree Arts offers ensemble-playing opportunities for intermediate and advanced players from middle school to adult. We currently offer a Jam Band, an adult flute choir and a community chorus!
We're always open to new ideas, so call us if some other ensemble group interests you!
